Melissa Álvarez Mangual, Ed.D. has been leading learning and organizational development efforts that place inclusion and equity in the center for over 20 years. Reviving failing programs, taking highly effective programs to the next level, and establishing data-informed, successful and sustainable initiatives are her specialties. Melissa is a scholar-practitioner with an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership Studies from Northeastern University, an MA from DePaul University, and a BA from Florida State University. She uses her knowledge and skill as a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE), certified diversity and business coach to cultivate bravery and strategic action in people to be emotionally intelligent, inclusive and equitable leaders who shift organizational culture and practices.
