Nancy Post is a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach at Boston Consulting Group, Inc. In her previous position at John Deere, a Fortune 100 company, Nancy was in the top 0.1% of employees during her 28-year career.  She was the first female engineering director at John Deere and the largest budget owner and people leader in the Chief Technology Organization. She led a team of over 2500 people and advanced Deere’s impressive technological evolution. Nancy and her team developed technology that impacted every John Deere product family, globally.  This accelerated innovation and increased team efficiency, improved customer value year over year and significantly contributed to John Deere’s $52B revenue.

Nancy brings strong governance experience from her corporate career, senior advisor role and non-profit board service. She advised John Deere board members in formal and small group settings to discuss employee culture, future business models, IoT and technology strategy. Her extensive career in technology and manufacturing and passion for employee development is particularly valuable to executives eager to solidify their long-term strategy and accelerate automation, AI and tech offering while improving employee satisfaction and retention.
