I am an HR Talent Leader experienced in staffing, people and leadership development, training, executive coaching programs, and organizational development initiatives. I hold regional and global experience within established and also start up environments, driving programs and changes throughout the organizations and leading, designing, implementing and monitoring people development. I hold a Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration & Economics, from Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), Argentina. I have postgrade studies in Human Resources from Geneva University, Switzerland and in Organizational Psychopedagogy from Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA). I am a Certified Professional Coach and a career coach.

For the last 20 years, I held roles as Development Regional Manager for LATAM at prestigious advisory firm  –Argentina, Brasil, Chile & Mexico, serving several clients and industries such as Mercedes Benz, Danone, Arcos Dorados, Beiersdorf, Johnson & Johnson; as Learning & Development Leader for Argentina at CHEVRON, at the Global Talent & Organizational Capability Division for Latin America South, at MONSANTO Argentina and as HR Talent Director for Latam at Warner Media.
