As an Executive Coach Ranieka is passionate about empowering underrepresented professionals who may be struggling to contribute their opinions and ideas, feel welcome at the table, and ask for what they deserve—from compensation to respect.
Ranieka has a graduate degree in Strategic Communications and Leadership from Seton Hall and a graduate certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching Georgetown University. She combines her work in adult development, transformational leadership and merges outside-in 360° feedback tools (i.e. Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) and EQi 2.0) with inside-out personality tools (i.e DISC, Myers Briggs) to create a 720° inside-out process to help her clients explore the difference in their intentions, people's perceptions and how they view the word.
