I started Aspiring Leaders, a boutique coaching practice, in 2014 to pursue my passion for supporting leaders in their development.  As a leadership coach, I am privileged to partner with growth minded business leaders. My clients are focused on enhancing their leadership and emotional intelligence competencies to support their efforts in creating thriving cultures, building and nurturing teams, leading change effectively and bringing disciplined focus to business planning, execution and results generation.

My coaching experience and specialization in emotional intelligence is complemented by over 20 years of business leadership experience in a general management capacity as a P&L owner within a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance, professional services and legal.  

I have a long history of leading and managing teams of various sizes and people of all professional levels.  After starting my career on the front lines in customer service and quickly finding my passion for leading teams, I advanced professionally into senior executive roles, most recently as Canadian President of a Fortune 500 in insurance and financial services, and as COO in a leading, Toronto-based law firm.  

In addition to my coaching practice, I am on the board of directors of CAA Club Group and Echelon Insurance Company and chair of the board of Orion Travel Insurance Company.
