Roland supports Executive Leaders -and those preparing to become one- to find their own answers to their unique set of challenges. He is passionate about ‘lifting the sense of loneliness’ in a safe yet stretching coaching relationship. Success is when his clients live up to their true potential and find a leadership style that balances human Doing and human Being. He brings 25+ years in international leadership incl. 10+years as global Executive Board member. His focus is on Northern Europe for his coaching assignments and Englisch, German and Dutch are his coaching languages.
