Sabrina Percy is a PCC-accredited coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a distinguished graduate with an MSc in psychology with a specialisation in business. Sabrina is dedicated to improving the well-being and performance of individuals, leaders, teams and organisations.
Throughout her career, Sabrina has designed and delivered coaching programs for individuals, leaders, corporate executives, and startup founders, guiding clients through one-to-one and team coaching sessions, focusing on enhancing goal-directed behaviour through establishing a clear vision and direction while increasing self-awareness to drive tangible improvements in performance and well-being.
Sabrina is notably recognised for her expertise in the relationship between consciousness and executive function, a focus that has underpinned her award-winning thesis. Her coaching integrates psychological theories with practical strategies, enabling clients to foster positive, volitional behaviour change and achieve sustainable growth.
In addition, Sabrina is on the British Psychological Society’s (BPS) Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU), certified in Test User Ability (Occupational), and holds a certificate in Systemic Team Coaching.
