Shefali works with C-suite executives, board directors, and other top leaders on leadership success and peak performance, and partners with them as they deliver results on mission, strategy, execution and impact.
Prior to Coaching, Shefali spent 20 years in the Financial Services and Consulting. Most recently, she was Managing Director and business unit COO at Lehman Brothers Holdings. Earlier in her career, she advised Fortune 500 companies on strategy and M&A deals at the Corporate Finance practice at Deloitte and Business Advisory Practice at Andersen.
She has coached C-suite executives, Managing Directors, Partners, Board directors and other leaders across industries including Financial Services, Technology, Pharma and Consulting,and uses a neuroscience centered, results focused coaching approach. She has a unique global perspective and has worked in New Delhi, Manila and Tokyo prior to moving to NYC, more than a decade ago.
Shefali is passionate about leadership excellence and life optimization. She has been quoted in Institutional Investor, Forbes, Business Insider, Fast Company and Entrepreneur, among others. She is a Founding Circle member of Neythri, where she co-chairs the Board Readiness Program, helping diverse leaders get on Corporate Boards. Shefali is an Investing Partner and Co-Founder at Clear Water Capital Investments. She is also an advocate of impact driven investing and is a Limited Partner at the How Women Invest Fund and Neythri Futures Fund, both of which invest in female and diverse founder led startups.
