At the core of every professional role I’ve had is helping others be their best. Working in Hollywood for a decade gave me access to top performers from the inside and seeing up close how to put it all together without losing yourself and your values. I would say my coaching journey started at age 18, but really took shape in 2014 when I met Tony Robbins. We were in Boca Raton, FL and turns out he was shooting a documentary with Netflix called “I’m not your Guru”. The whole seminar and the people there was incredible eye opening experience and I left with the feeling “why hasn’t anyone told me sooner!” it radically changed my life as I decided to start taking charge of my life.

I find the science and art of coaching incredibly fascinating! Today I have over 750+ hours of one-on-one coaching with clients and I am deeply involved in the fields of neuroscience, performance principles and psychology in my daily life and coaching practice, I am constantly striving to be better for my clients and myself.
