Taruna has more than 25 years of experience in Leadership Development, Coaching, DEI & HR Consulting and Executive Search. Her vision is to build, through Coaching, an Inclusive and Equitable culture in the workplaces and society, so that equity and fairness defines everyone’s experience of life.

Taruna coaches mid to senior leaders across industry sectors including FMCG, IT, Engineering, Educational Institutes, Healthcare professionals, NGO, Women entrepreneurs and Youth.

Taruna believes that a systemic, holistic approach to well-being and flourishing at individual, leadership and organization level is the only way forward for sustainable development in the society. She is passionate about applying the power of coaching to impact Mental Well-being of youth and women in Asia Pacific and offers a flagship coaching-led mental well-being program Step Out and GROW to unravel and 'design-think' professional and personal life.

Taruna hosts her talk-show Wide Angle Conversations – DEI Talks, creating a space for meaningful dialogue on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, raising awareness about its importance and bringing the best-practices and insights from DEI & HR practitioners and champions from across Asia.
