Beth is President of Masterman Executive Coaching, Inc. Founded in 2012, Beth works with individual leaders, teams, and groups always focused on helping clients help themselves by tapping into their wisdom, confidence, and experience to find sustainable progress and satisfaction. Beth was President of the International Coaching Federation New England Chapter from 2021-2022.
Prior to becoming a coach, Beth earned a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, an M.A. from Boston University School of Psychology, a B.A. from Wesleyan University cum laude, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Wm James College. Beth's experience in psychology, law, business, leadership and grassroots organizing are strong foundations for her coaching practice. She is also a certified mediator, and brings her dedication, creative analysis, and experience to every coaching engagement.

Beth has spent many years serving in the public sector. Presently, she serves on the Zoning Board of Appeals in Lexington, MA. Beth practiced law as General Counsel to Massachusetts State Senator John D. O’Brien, and an Assistant District Attorney in Norfolk County for William Delahunt.
Beth is an active member and Group Leader for over 10 years for ProVisors® – a community of professionals who serve their clients as trusted advisors and share the highest standards of integrity, performance, and accountability.
