Jill Linkoff is a highly skilled and experienced ADHD coach who provides comprehensive support to her clients in developing and implementing personalized strategies for managing their ADHD, improving their communication and interpersonal skills, developing effective time management and productivity habits, and building confidence and self-advocacy skills. She also supports her clients in navigating workplace challenges and achieving their career goals.

Jill incorporates evidence-based executive function (EF) theory into her coaching practice, providing her clients with a structured and holistic framework for success. Additionally, she believes that educating and coaching those without ADHD, such as caregivers and partners, about the nuances of ADHD is essential for building stronger bonds and fostering an appreciation for neurodiversity within familial relationships.

She is also a speaker and writer on the power of ADHD and coaching.  She serves her community through extensive volunteering with the Greater Baltimore CHADD Chapter as a board member and co-facilitator of a bi-monthly women's ADHD support group.  She also serves as a board member for ACO (ADHDCoaches.org).
