I draw from my many years of experience as both a manager and as an HR Business Partner.  My passion is to train and coach managers and leaders to develop an engaged and loyal workforce, committed to personal, team, and company success. 

I am also Director of Coaching for a new organization (we will be online soon!) called Change Lab - whose vision is to use online games to bring technology to nonprofit learning with dynamic results.

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a certified mBIT coach (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques), and as an active member of the Co-counselling community, bring additional skills in emotional catharsis.
